Click here to check out the Psych Sheet for this weekend’s MAKOS  meet!  For those of you new to swimming, the psych sheet lists all of the events and the swimmers who are swimming in each event.  It looks like VSA will need volunteers for timers in lane 7 for the morning sessions and lane 9 for the afternoon sessions. 

The forecast predicts heavy rain tomorrow, which will NOT cancel the meet.  Check out the warm up times in previous posts.  Please be on time for warm ups.  Drive safe.  GO VSA!!!
