Practice on Saturday, January14th has been cancelled.  Coach Mixon and several swimmers and parents will be running in the Chill in the Hills.  The Chill in the Hills is sponsored by the YMCA and is a MS Track Club sanctioned event.  If you will be participating in the event, please wear your VSA attire.  Also, let Coach know so everyone can meet up prior to the race.
