Regular practice resumes today, Wednesday, February 24th, at Wyatt’s.  For those swimmers attending the second practice session, please bring proper DRY-LAND attire including a pair of running shoes (no sandals, crocs, slides, etc.).

Happy Valentine’s Day!  VSA will practice the normal schedule on Monday and Wednesday at Wyatt’s Gym.  Tuesday’s practice at the YMCA will be reserved for swimmers attending state meet ONLY.  Practice will be from 6pm to 7:15pm with a Fire It Up pasta dinner immediately following in the Y Rec Room.  Good Luck to all VSA swimmers representing our team in the upcoming State Championship in Laurel, MS Friday through Sunday!  Due to the state meet there will be no practice Thursday, February 18th through Monday, February 22nd.  We also will not have practice on Tuesday, February 23rd due to our fundraiser at McAlister’s Deli.  VSA will resume the normal practice schedule on Wednesday, February 24 at the normal time.  Recap:

We have several swimmers attending Biloxi’s Santa’s BEST swim meet this weekend so practice has been cancelled for Friday, December 4th through Monday, December 7th.

Practice for Friday, October 9th is cancelled due to the swim meet.  Good luck to all of our swimmers.  GO VSA!!

The indoor winter practice schedule goes into effect Monday, October 5th.  Below is a breakdown of the schedule. 

• Monday – 4:30pm to 5:30pm – Wyatt’s Members Only
• Tuesday – 6:00pm to 7:00pm – YMCA – Younger Group
•                    7:00pm to 8:30pm – YMCA – Older Group
• Wednesday – 4:30pm to 5:30pm – Wyatt’s Members Only
• Thursday – 6:00pm to 7:00pm – YMCA – Younger Group
•                      7:00pm to 8:30pm – YMCA – Older Group
• Friday – 6:00pm to 7:30pm – YMCA – Everyone
• Saturday – 8:00am to 10:00am – YMCA – Older Group
•                     9:00am to 10:00am – YMCA – Younger Group

Practice for Friday, October 2nd has been cancelled.  Please note, beginning next week, practice will be held at the Purks YMCA on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and at Wyatt’s (members only) on Monday and Wednesday.  Check out the calendar for dates and times.
