Good luck to our 20 swimmers attending this weekend’s DAC Swim Meet in Cleveland, MS!  All parents and swimmers should support our team by wearing their new black VSA t-shirts on Saturday and team apparel throughout the meet.  GO KILLER WHALES!!!!

The Charlene Craddock Invitational is scheduled for January 29th -31st.  Click here for the invite.  If you are planing on attending, please let Coach Mixon know ASAP and book hotel rooms if you have not already done so.  We need to take as many swimmers as possible.  As a reminder, swimmers only have a couple of chances left to qualify for the State Championship meet.

The Monroe Quad Meet is scheduled for Saturday, November 21st.  Entries for the meet are due to Coach Mixon by Thursday, November 13th.  If you are unsure what events to sign up for, please respond “Coach pick events.”  Click on the link to view the invitation.  This is a great one day meet with an easy drive.  Our goal is to have 40 swimmers attend. GO VSA!

VSA was well represented at the Makos Fall Invitational Meet.  Well over 500 swimmers from 16 teams all over the South where in attendance for this past weekend’s meet.  Congrats to an awesome performance from our swimmers!  I was very excited about the overall place that the team finished.  This was a huge accomplishment.  GO VSA!!!
